These terms govern your use of WorkbookNEXT, including its accounts, portfolios, subscriptions, and institution workspaces.
Using WorkbookNEXT
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use WorkbookNEXT only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be able to enter into these terms in your location. If you use WorkbookNEXT for a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. Account roles and workspace access may be limited by the permissions assigned to you.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant WorkbookNEXT permission to host, process, display, resize, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service according to your visibility settings. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload it.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape the service in a harmful manner, distribute malware, or use WorkbookNEXT to harass or deceive others.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features, prices, renewal periods, and cancellation options are shown during checkout or in account billing controls. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes and provider terms may apply. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are not refundable.
Portfolio visibility
Public artist visibility may require profile publication and Workbook approval. We may remove or limit content that violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or harms the service or its users.
Service availability
WorkbookNEXT may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to provide a reliable service, but it is provided on an as-available basis and may occasionally be interrupted.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkbookNEXT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
